WebThe Philadelphia Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program is an entitlement program for infants and toddlers between the ages of birth to 3 years of age. Anyone can make a referral to Early Intervention. All referred children will receive a developmental assessment, and many will also receive a multidisciplinary evaluation. WebFeb 15, 2024 · Families are served with an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). An IFSP ends when the child turns 3. A child who qualifies for an Individualized Education Program (IEP) receives those services at school. Not all children who qualified for an IFSP will quality for an IEP. An IEP is for children ages 3-21, or until high-school graduation.
