WebJan 10, 2024 · Stretching is a highly divisive subject in Brazilian jiu-Jitsu. Everyone claims it is important, yet people disagree on what the best ways to use it for grappling are. There are plenty of schools of thought out there, and there are even more methods of stretching, all claiming to be the best. WebJust uploaded a video with some of my favorite stretches for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. They have helped me become and stay more flexible throughout my years of training. Hoping these stretches can benefit some of you on this subreddit as well. Any suggestions on how to improve on the video and/or future content would also be greatly appreciated.
