WebNov 25, 2024 · The Powernode has both low/high pass filter applied to the speakers/sub. Without this the bass from the speakers is not good. Too boomy and unclear as they are around 20-30cm from the front wall. I really want these to be high filtered and somehow I think that nothing without this will sound good at all. WebJul 17, 2024 · You can power them with a Kilowatt amp, it doesn't mean you're putting anywhere near that much into them. They have mechanical limits based on the 5" driver and 3mm Xmax, there is a reason we use 12-18" Subwoofer drivers for bass frequencies.
