WebAn UNUSED toothbrush, very softly, will sometimes take care of it. If a dirtier environment, a wee amount of isopropyl on the brush. Maybe not in this case, but it worked for me (and it's still working/in service). On older models of MagSafe this use to indicate a problem with either the charger or the logic board.

The first time she brought it to me, the battery was fully discharged (after several weeks unplugged) and the macbook worked fine, but after one day or proper operations, the issue went back : impossible to turn it on.
