I ate a lot of white rice, jello, low fat foods in small portions, grilled chicken, soft cooked veggies (fruits were a trigger for me so I avoided them). No pop, no high fat, fried foods and generally no over eating...stuffed belly = gallbladder attack. WebbMy mom had her gallbladder removed 20 years ago and can eat anything. Fats, sweets, leafy greens, none of it adversely affects her.
