BLIZZ, why do rets keep their torghast powers in pvp?

WebI tried to google it but didn't get much wiser. I've tried in on my ret pala, and it's absolute trash. Mage is okay-ish until last few floors, and balance druids just melt everything with 200k+ dps with the right powers. Same goes for tanks. I've tried paladin, where you mostly just get better heals it feels like.
